Commune Village - LOCATION

Commune Village is located south of Metro Manila in Barangay Kaylaway, Nasugbu Batangas, along the Tagaytay-Nasugbu major highway.

Once the 49-kilometer Cavite-Tagaytay-Batangas Expressway (CTBEX) is built, travel time to Tagaytay City will only take less than an hour as announced by the tollways unit of Metro Pacific Investments Corporation (MPIC). Construction of the proposed CTBEX is expected to start by the 1st half of 2019.

Commune Village is located in Barangay Kaylaway in Nasugbu, Batangas. This development is located along the Tagaytay-Nasugbu highway. Even though this development is located outside of Metro Manila, the Cavite-Tagaytay-Batangas Expressway (also known as CTBEX) is going to make it highly accessible. Another option is to travel via SLEX through Southwoods, Carmona or Eton City Exit that will lead to the road going to Batulao. Other options to get here is via Cavitex and Daang-Hari.
